Rodney Umrah is the VP of Global Sales Enablement at Xactly. Rodney has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales enablement. Rodney has worked for Durham College, NetSuite, Ryerson University, Microsoft, and IBM. Rodney has a wealth of experience in conducting Business Information Systems and General Elective - Fear courses to 100s of students. Rodney is also responsible for managing a global team of Senior Sales Enablement Managers and Advisors located in Canada, US, UK, France, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and Philippines to scale and deliver world-class sales enablement programs for 1000+ Sales Reps in our worldwide Sales Organization located in US, Canada, Europe Middle East Asia, Asia Pacific Japan and Manila, Philippines.

Rodney Umrah has a Masters of Science in Computer Science from The University of the West Indies, Mona and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of the West Indies, Mona.
