Christel Wolthoorn

Christel Wolthoorn serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer at Xander Talent since October 2022. Prior to this role, Christel was the Managing Director and Director of Business Design at LovedBy Design from November 2019 to September 2022. Additionally, Christel was a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows, St George's House, Windsor Castle from January 2018 to March 2020, and held the position of Director of Business Experience Consulting at EPAM Systems from December 2016 to November 2019. Earlier roles include Director of Digital and Innovation at KPMG UK, Head of Internal Communication at Deloitte UK, and various positions at Bell Pottinger Group, Media Therapy, Arla Foods amba, and Turner Broadcasting. Christel holds an MSc in Social and Public Communication from The London School of Economics and Political Science and has completed a program in Design Thinking at Stanford University.
