Howard Baik

Howard Baik is the current Chief Legal Officer at InsideSales.com. Prior to this, they held the position of General Counsel & Secretary at ClickUp from October 2021 to June 2022. Howard also served as the Chief Business & Legal Officer & Secretary at InsideSales from April 2018 to August 2021. Additionally, they have been a board advisor for Coursetune, Inc. from January 2018 to August 2021 and Derivita from January 2018 to December 2016. Before taking on their current role, they were an adjunct professor at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law from January 2013 to December 2016 and the Deputy General Counsel & Secretary at Instructure from January 2012 to December 2016.

Howard Baik graduated with a BA from Brigham Young University. Howard then attended law school at BYU Law School and earned their JD. After working for a few years, they decided to return to school and got their MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
