Florence Lively is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Xerox and CHRO of FITTLE since 2020, Florence previously held the position of Vice President of Global Human Resources at Minerals Technologies Inc. from 2017 to 2020. Prior experiences include Managing Director (Interim) at Three-Ships, Vice President of Human Resources at Eaton Corporation, and Vice President of Human Resources at Lulu.com, alongside a role as Senior Director of Human Resources at Red Hat and Director of Human Resources at Invensys.
