In roles as Board Chair, Committee Chair, Board Member, or CEO, Ann Deters has a breadth of experience in the healthcare, technology & financial services industries, including a proven track record for leading multiple business start-ups through strategic partnering, re-engineering, succession planning/implementation and process improvement. She combines her strong financial skills, technology expertise, business operations and entrepreneurial acumen, with her quest to achieve high growth and profitability. Ann played a key role in the development of several start-ups including Vantage Technology (medical services), Physician Surgery Center (ambulatory surgery center), 7D and Associates (medical billing company), and Facets Medical Day Spa, along with several others via her family’s holding company.
