Cyndi Parker

Cyndi is the Director of Operations at Xformative, responsible for Systems Management, Customer Service, Vendor Management, and Reporting and Data Analytics. Cyndi has more than 20 years in software and technology companies leading Product Management, Customer Service, and Card Operations teams. Cyndi’s passion for education and community, in addition to her breadth of business experience, enables her to provide a vast array of operational skill-sets as well as act as a strong customer advocate on technical support teams. Cyndi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama.
