Joel Gastelum

Joel Gastelum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of CSR and Sustainability at Xignux, Joel leads the development and coordination of sustainable strategies in the energy and food industries. As an adjunct professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Joel teaches courses on international trade and global challenges. Previously, Joel held significant roles at Linde Mexico and InverCap Afore where impactful projects and CSR departments were established. Joel has also contributed to academia as a foreign language teacher and has pursued advanced studies at prestigious institutions, culminating in a Master's degree in Management Sciences in Global Affairs from Schwarzman Scholars and ongoing studies for a Master of Philosophy in Development Studies at the University of Cambridge.
