Melissa Werneck

Melissa Werneck is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as EVP & Global Chief People Officer at The Kraft Heinz Company since July 2013, Melissa has held various senior roles including SVP Global HR, Performance, and IT. In addition to their role at Kraft Heinz, Melissa serves as a member of the board and chair of the Compensation, People Nominating and Governance Committee at XP Inc., and chairs the board of Together We Grow. Prior professional experiences include roles at AMERICA LATINA LOGISTICA, where Melissa was Chief People Officer and held several senior management positions, as well as positions in Sadia, Claro, and Cervejaria Ambev. Melissa holds an MBA in General Management from COPPEAD UFRJ and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
