Jyoti Petkar

Jyoti Petkar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles primarily within the technology and operations sectors. Currently serving as a Sr Analyst in HR Ops and Shared Services at Xperi Inc. since April 2024, Jyoti has held multiple positions at Sanveo, Inc., progressing from HR & Office Administrator to Sr. HR Lead in People Operations over a span of nine years. Previous experience includes roles at Abcam, DS Soft Tech, and Kituz, where Jyoti co-founded and managed human resources. Jyoti’s career began with internships in human resources at Mukand Industries Limited and Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. Jyoti holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
