Bob Kaufman

Bob Kaufman is an experienced executive with a robust background in international franchising and business development. Currently serving as President of International at Xponential Fitness, Bob previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations at Mathnasium, and Head of Strategic Partnerships at Connected Travel, focused on strategic commerce partnerships for Honda Dream Drive. As Founder and CEO of SpireWorks®, Bob established a successful fast casual restaurant chain and led it to a substantial workforce. Bob also significantly contributed to the growth of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® and Tower Records, achieving impressive expansions in global franchise operations and store counts. Education includes a BA in Asian Studies with a focus on Chinese Language from UC Santa Barbara and studies at Peking University.
