Eric Simon

Eric Simon, CFE, currently serves as Chief Development Officer at Xponential Fitness since January 2025. Prior to this role, Eric held multiple leadership positions at The Joint Chiropractic, including Senior Vice President of Sales and Development and Vice President of Franchise Sales and Development. Eric's experience also includes serving as Director of Franchise Development for AAMCO Transmissions, where oversight of the Development Agent Program occurred, and as a Senior Franchise Intelligence Advisor at FRANdata, a firm specializing in franchise insights. Earlier in the career, Eric worked as Franchise Development Manager for Kidville and as Area Developer & Franchisee for Extreme Pita, achieving significant growth recognition. Additional notable roles include International Development Manager and Area Development Manager at The UPS Store, and President of the San Diego Mountain Rescue Team. Eric holds a BA in Communications from the University of Rhode Island.
