Jon Fitzmaurice

Jon Fitzmaurice currently serves as the Product Security Leader at Xylem Inc., where responsibilities include implementing and executing the product security program, assessing commercial product security risks, and enhancing operational processes. Prior to this role, Jon held various positions at GE Aviation for nearly two decades, including Sr Staff Product Security Leader, Safety and Certification Leader, and Reliability and M&T Leader, where significant contributions included enhancing cybersecurity protocols and leading large engineering teams. Jon also has experience in software engineering from previous roles at GE Aviation and Boeing, where project leadership and full software development life cycle participation were key responsibilities. Jon Fitzmaurice holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Western Michigan University.
