Logan Palanisamy

Logan Palanisamy is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and data management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering for Software Development and Cloud Migration at Yahoo since September 2021, Logan effectively manages a team that has successfully transitioned sensitive data and machine learning pipelines to AWS and Google Cloud Platforms. Prior to this role, Logan held several leadership positions at Verizon Media and Yahoo, focusing on modernizing tech stacks and overseeing large-scale data operations and analytics. Logan’s career began at Fujitsu as a DBA and ERP engineer, leading database management initiatives. Logan holds an M.Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a BE (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology.
