Joseph Bisson

Joseph Bisson is the Vice President of Business Development at Yale New Haven Health. Joseph has been with the company since September 2012 and has held this position since March 2022. Prior to joining Yale New Haven Health, Joseph was the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Yale New Haven Hospital - Saint Raphael Campus from September 2010 to September 2012. Joseph also served as the Vice President of Business Development at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center from January 2004 to August 2010. From December 2000 to January 2004, they were the Director of Access Centers at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center. And finally, from April 1998 to December 2000, they were the Administrator for Behavioral Health/Director for Contracting at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.

Joseph Bisson received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology/English from Colby College. Joseph then went on to get their Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Connecticut. After working in the social work field for a few years, they decided to go back to school and got their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Hartford. Joseph is currently pursuing a PhD in business administration from Yale University - Yale School of Management.

Joseph Bisson reports to Christopher M. O’Connor, CEO. They are on a team with Vincent Petrini - SVP, Public Affairs & Chief Policy & Communications Officer, Michael D. Holmes - COO, and Thomas Balcezak - Chief Clinical Officer.
