Lisa currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Yale New Haven Health, where they oversee all aspects of the organization's information systems and technology solutions.

Previously, Lisa served as the Vice President of Epic Project Development at Yale New Haven Health System, overseeing the implementation of Epic clinical and revenue cycle applications for Yale New Haven Health System hospitals, ambulatory practices, North East Medical Group physician offices, and Yale School of Medicine faculty practices. This $300 million project spanned multiple years and was successfully completed under Lisa's leadership.

Before their role at Yale New Haven Health System, Lisa served as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Yale New Haven Hospital. In this role, they led a team of 140 professional and technical staff members and was responsible for the hospital's pharmacy operations.
