David Pritchard Ix

David Pritchard IX is an experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Pharmacy for Children’s Hospital and Women’s Services at Yale New Haven Health since April 2021, while also holding the position of Pharmacist for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services since March 2020. Prior to these roles, David Pritchard IX worked as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Emergency Medicine at Westchester Medical Center from September 2017 to April 2021 and in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from July 2014 to September 2017. David Pritchard IX began the pharmacy career as a Critical Care Pharmacy Resident at Yale New Haven Hospital from July 2012 to July 2014. David Pritchard IX earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences between 2005 and 2011 and is currently pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration at Boston College, starting in September 2023.
