Maytal Saltiel

Maytal Saltiel serves as the University Chaplain and Associate University Chaplain at Yale University since July 2013. Previous roles include President of the Association for Chaplaincy and Spiritual Life in Higher Education from March 2021 to July 2023, and Repair the World Coordinator at University of Pennsylvania Hillel from August 2012 to June 2013. Maytal's experience also encompasses positions such as Office Assistant at Harvard Divinity School, Clinical Pastoral Education at Yale New Haven Hospital, Chaplain Intern at Brown University, and various roles in educational and spiritual leadership, including special education teaching as part of Teach For America. Maytal holds a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs and Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University.
