Daniel Chips is an experienced manufacturing leader with a strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement across various industries, including marine, injection molding, and wind energy. Currently serving as Division Manager of Manufacturing Excellence at Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA, Daniel leads initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes in multiple facilities. Previous roles include Director of Operations at CK Technologies, where Daniel oversaw operations in injection molding and assembly, and Director of Operational Excellence at Molded Fiber Glass Companies, where Daniel implemented CI systems and significantly improved the performance of multiple plants. With a solid foundation in organizational management from Tusculum University, Daniel has a proven track record of driving efficiency, quality, and profitability in manufacturing environments.
