Evgeniya Kheynman has a diverse background in talent acquisition, employer branding, marketing, and communications. Currently, Evgeniya holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand at Tinkoff. Prior to this, Evgeniya has gained experience at companies like Yandex, Accenture, and KCA Deutag, where Evgeniya has held roles such as Employer Brand Lead, Marketing Manager, and Internal and Recruitment Marketing Specialist. Evgeniya has a Master of Business Administration degree from Moscow State Institute of International Relations and a Bachelor's degree in management in the petrochemical business.
