Dhiresh Sharma

Dhiresh Sharma is the Chief Business Officer, Activities at Yatra. Dhiresh has been with the company since March 2019 and has been instrumental in growing the company's SME travel business. Dhiresh has delivered a 7X top-line growth, 43% growth in customer retention and an improved people productivity of 118%. In addition to their work with Yatra, Dhiresh is also responsible for leading Yatra's "Sustainability" (CSR) program. Dhiresh has designed a triangular "Purposeful Growth" approach which includes steering Yatra's "Adopt A Heritage" initiative, starting a mainstreaming initiative with an NGO, and implementing "Responsible Tourism" initiatives.

Dhiresh Sharma has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Xavier's College, and a High School diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Naval Public School in New Delhi.

Dhiresh Sharma reports to Dhruv Shringi, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Alok Vaish - CFO, Manish Amin - Co-Founder & CTO, and Akash Poddar - COO (B2B).
