Andrea Vaughn

Andrea Vaughn serves as the Sr Director of Corporate Engagement - Regional Sales at Year Up United, a role held since January 2012 after progressing through various leadership positions within the organization. Andrea's career spans over two decades in career development and human resources, including significant roles at A.Vaughn Enterprises as a Career and Performance Improvement Coach & Consultant, Aurico as a Strategic Accounts Manager and HR Sales Consultant, and Armon, Inc. as HR Director. Andrea began professional endeavors in human resources at Royal and SunAlliance and holds a degree from Boston University, completed in 1987.
