Abid Gul Wani

Abid Gul Wani currently serves as the National Head of TPD Sales - Fee Based Business at YES BANK, overseeing the Fee Based Business function across Retail Assets, SME Banking, and Emerging channels. Previously, Abid held the position of Head of Health SBU at Edelweiss General Insurance Company Limited, where responsibility included scaling up the Health Insurance business and developing a tech-based distribution model. Prior roles include National Sales Manager for Key Relationships at Edelweiss, Zonal Head for Banca & Affinity at Liberty General Insurance, and Zonal Head of Bancassurance at Apollo Munich Health Insurance. Abid's career began at HDFC Life as a Territory Manager in Bancassurance. Abid holds an Executive Programme in Sales & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
