Andreas C. is an established academic and finance professional with extensive experience in higher education and finance. Currently holding the position of Assistant Professor of Finance & Real Estate, Academic Director of Real Estate, and Vice Chair of Finance at Yeshiva University since June 2018, Andreas has previously served in various academic roles, including visiting appointments at Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business and McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to the academic career, Andreas held significant positions in the finance industry, including Director and Head of CMBS Risk Management at Nomura and Director and Head of CMBS Research at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Andreas earned a Ph.D. in Quantitative Finance from Rutgers Business School and holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, complemented by a BA in Independent studies (Philosophy & Literature) from Vassar College.
