Jordan Shackelford

Jordan Shackelford currently serves as the US Sales Program Manager at YETI, driving strategic initiatives for global standardization and managing post-purchase communications and returns for North America and Europe. Previous roles at YETI include IT Program and Portfolio Manager I, where Jordan conducted sprint management for the Data and Analytics team, and Associate IT Program and Portfolio Manager, leading cross-functional project teams utilizing agile and waterfall methodologies. As an Information Technology Project Coordinator Intern, Jordan managed significant projects and communicated effectively with stakeholders. Jordan also contributed to Baylor University as the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee Treasurer & Special Events Chair, organizing events and managing budgets, while balancing Division-1 NCAA golf and academic pursuits. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Management Information Systems from Baylor University.
