Damien Farrare is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membership sales, engagement, and digital product management. Currently serving as the Director of Membership Sales & Engagement at the YMCA of Delaware since September 2023, Damien has also contributed as a Board Member at Griff 54 Promise since December 2020. Previously, Damien held the position of Manager for Digital Products & Sponsorship Sales at the Greater Maryland Better Business Bureau from October 2018 to September 2023, and served as Senior Account Manager at Inception Marketing Group from September 2017 to January 2019. Damien's earlier experience includes managing the Intramural & Recreational Sports Program at Bowie State University from May 2014 to August 2017 and working as a Youth Case Manager at the Upper Shore Workforce Investment Board from May 2013 to December 2015.
