Lastly, they coordinated with various Texas YMCA groups to implement an improved marketing analysis system. This involved assessing past processes, finding key gaps, and researching alternative methodologies. Jaye assembled decision makers from other Texas Associations conduct analysis and gather input. Jaye then finalized the decision and implemented the system to find the best new potential locations.

Jaye Helm has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Tarleton State University in Accounting from 1994-1998. Jaye also has education from Leadership Fort Worth. Jaye is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
