Andy Charles is the founder of Central Avenue Advisors, established in October 2014, specializing in expense reduction solutions for employers. With expertise in health benefits, Andy has implemented innovative strategies to reduce employer healthcare costs while improving employee experience. Additionally, since January 2021, Andy has offered a no-cost earned wage access solution for employees, enhancing retention. As a partner at Seedfunders since February 2018, Andy supports Florida-based technology startups. Prior to Central Avenue Advisors, Andy owned Haven's Candies, significantly increasing sales and profits. Andy holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University and an MSE in Engineering Management from The Catholic University of America.
