Troy Miller

Troy Miller is the VP of Development at York College Pennsylvania. Troy has over 25 years of experience in the field of development and fundraising. Troy has worked for a variety of organizations including Auburn University, Lock Haven University, Penn State University, and ECS - The Electrochemical Society. Troy has also served as a Development Associate for the United Way of the Capitol Region. In their current role, Troy is responsible for leading the development team and overseeing all fundraising activities at York College.

Troy Miller received their Bachelor's degree in English with a Concentration in Writing from Temple University.

Their manager is Pamela Gunter-Smith, Pamela Gunter-Smith, Ph.D., President. They work with Rick Satterlee - Dean of Student Development & Campus Life, Mary Dolheimer - Chief Communications & Marketing Officer, and Carl Seaquist - Associate Provost for Institutional Effectiveness.
