Darren Bertling is a highly experienced culinary professional with a comprehensive background in quality assurance and kitchen management. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Officer and Quality Food Champion at Youfoodz since September 2021, Darren has previously held positions such as Sous Chef at Victoria Park Golf Complex and The Star Entertainment Group, where numerous roles from Chef Tournant to Commis Chef were undertaken during a tenure spanning over a decade. Early career experiences include preparation as an Apprentice at Patrice French Restaurant and O'Neils Restaurant. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Training and Assessment from RMIT University and TAFE Queensland, alongside a Certificate III in commercial cookery.
