Coleman McIntyre

Coleman McIntyre serves as the Divisional Director of Human Resources for the Midwest Division at Young Life, a position held since September 2012, alongside roles as Director and Associate Director of Global Talent. McIntyre focuses on standardizing and innovating national hiring and onboarding processes, aiming to equip staff for impactful ministry work. In addition, McIntyre functions as a Resident Counselor at East 91st Street Christian Church, specializing in mental health. Previous experience includes leadership roles in sales and marketing at GreenLight Collectibles, ExactTarget, and Whirlpool Corporation, with a foundational career at Young Life. McIntyre holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace College & Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Advertising from Grand Valley State University.
