Tom Pruden

Tom Pruden has an extensive career with Young Life, beginning as Student Staff from 1987 to 1988, and advancing to the role of SR Campaign Director for the Midwest Division since August 1989. In this capacity, Tom oversees the development and funding for key capital campaigns supporting three Midwest camp projects, while also consulting with regional directors on field ministry initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director, where management of 52 staff members and launching a funding campaign for Clearwater Cove were notable responsibilities, and as Area Director, which involved growing local ministries and establishing urban outreach programs. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Augusta State University, obtained in 1989.
