Analisa Ruiz

Analisa Ruiz is an experienced professional currently serving as the Policy Director and previously in various leadership roles at the Young Women's Freedom Center since November 2019. Additionally, Analisa is a Law Apprentice at ESQ APPRENTICE and holds the position of Vice President at Concrete Rose Coalition while leading the San Jose Chapter for the Sister Warriors Freedom Coalition. Previously, Analisa was a CAFA Mentor Program Lead Case Manager at Fresh Lifelines for Youth and a Lead Customer Support Retention Specialist at Sun Basket. Analisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies/Criminology from San Jose State University and two associate degrees from San Jose City College in Criminology and Sociology.
