Laticia Palm

Laticia Palm is the current Chief Human Resource Officer at Youth Guidance. Prior to this, they served as an independant consultant from 2011 to 2014, during which they provided clients with customized business solutions to Human Resource challenges.

From 2007 to 2009, Laticia Palm served as the Director of Human Resources and Volunteer Development for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. In this role, they were responsible for providing strategic direction and counsel for Chapter operations, redesigning the compensation and performance management programs, overhauling the talent management and acquisition process, providing oversight and evaluation of the Volunteer Development Program, and launching the Student Internship program.

Laticia Palm has a MPA from University of Illinois Chicago in Public Administration and a BA from Luther College in Psychology and Speech Communications. Laticia also has certification from SHRM in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and HRCI in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Their manager is Michelle A. Morrison, Chief Executive Officer. Laticia Palm works with Rebecca Clarkin - COO, Sabrina Kinslow - Executive Director, Dallas, and Joe Davis - CTO.
