Imran Bustamam

Imran Bustamam is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at YouTrip since June 2025, Imran previously held the position of Group Chief People Officer at Ninja Van from July 2016 to June 2025, where responsibilities included implementing HR systems. Imran's career also includes significant roles as HR Business Partner at SGS, focusing on comprehensive HR functions, and HR - Southeast Asia at NGA Human Resources, supporting regional management. Earlier experiences at Baker Hughes involved serving as HR Advisor across various regions, with a focus on onboarding and operational HR services. Imran holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University and a degree in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University ILR School.
