Kay Munday

Kay Munday is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, business strategy, and coaching. Currently serving as the Creative Business Lead at YouTube since May 2022, Kay specializes in storytelling with major brands. In addition, Kay has been a Communications Coach at Out The Box Speakers since November 2019, focusing on transformative narrative techniques. With a tenure at Google since September 2014 as both a Global Speaking Coach and Google UK Speakers Lead, Kay has honed skills in public speaking and coaching. Previous roles include client strategy lead at Waze, brand consultant at Wayra UK, and founder of Empower Malawi, a non-profit aimed at enhancing living standards with renewable energy initiatives. Kay's educational background includes a BA in Business Management from the University of Nottingham and digital marketing training from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing.
