Brennen Degner

Brennen Degner is the Chief Executive Officer of DB Capital Management, a private equity group based in Denver, CO, focused on owning and operating value-add multifamily properties across targeted U.S. sub-markets since November 2017. With a hands-on approach to acquisition and asset management, Brennen emphasizes deep market understanding to maximize revenue and value. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Asset Management at MJW Investments and involvement in commercial development and acquisitions at Champion Real Estate Company. Brennen is a member of YPO since February 2024. Educational credentials include a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and multiple certificates from UCLA in Construction Management and Real Estate Investments, alongside a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
