Monika Eugster

Monika Eugster is a seasoned patent professional with extensive experience in intellectual property. Currently serving as a European and Swiss Patent Attorney at Ypsomed AG since July 2005, Monika has a robust background that includes a role as a Technology and Patent Expert/Patent Examiner at the Eidgenössisches Institut für Geistiges Eigentum from November 2001 to June 2005. Monika holds a CEIPI Diploma on Patent Litigation in Europe from CEIPI Université de Strasbourg (2017-2018), has completed the European Qualifying Examination for Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office, and possesses a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Law (DAS) in Wirtschaftsrecht from the University of Bern (2004-2007). Monika's foundational education includes a Master of Science in Biology, specializing in Molecular Biology, from ETH Zürich (1995-2001).
