Olga Matveeva

Olga Matveeva, PhD, serves as the Strategy and Business Development Lead at Ypsomed AG since December 2023, advising senior leadership and leading strategic initiatives within a prominent medical device company focused on drug delivery systems. Concurrently, Olga coaches early-stage start-ups at EPFL Innovation Park under the Future of Health grant. Prior experience includes roles in strategy, analytics, and M&A at Deloitte with a focus on pharmaceutical synergies and business development, as well as co-founding Neuromaze, an AI-driven start-up in digital health. Olga's academic background encompasses extensive research in neuroscience and gene therapy at Novartis and the Friedrich Miescher Institute, complemented by multiple business and analytics qualifications from esteemed institutions such as Harvard Business School and IMD, where Olga is pursuing an Executive MBA.
