Shantanu Sen Sharma

Shantanu Sen Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and coaching roles across various industries. As the Co Founder and Chief Mentor at Ozone Education Consultants Pvt. Ltd. since January 2012, Shantanu contributes to knowledge dissemination with a network of 30 industry mentors. In addition, Shantanu serves as the Chairman of the Advisory Board at YUGMA and is a certified coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and Gallup. Previous roles include Vice President at Tech Mahindra and Chief Operating Officer at Bahwan Cybertek LLC. Shantanu holds a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and has been recognized as a British Chevening Scholar in Organizational Leadership at Leeds University Business School.
