Glenn Mondshine has gained a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Glenn started in 1996 as a Warehouse Packer and Electric Wire Preparer at Olsten Staffing Services. Glenn then worked as a Mechanical Assembly Technician at Western Atlas, where they assembled cables and mechanical components in oil field trucks. In 1996, they also became a Store Manager at Ritz Camera Centers, responsible for store operations and managing the film processing laboratory.

In 2006, Glenn joined UniversalPegasus International as an Electrical Drafter and later worked as an Electrical Designer at S&B Engineers and Constructors in 2012. Glenn then served as a Design Drafter at Advantage Fire Protection in 2011 and as a Senior Drafter II at UniversalPegasus International from 2013 to 2015.

Glenn's career path also led him to Macy's, where they held various roles such as Package Handler, Shipping, Supply Manager, and Fulfillment Specialist from 2016 to 2019. Glenn then became an Overstock Associate at Elliott Electrical Supply, where they assisted in inventory count, maintained product organization, and completed accurate cycle counts.

Currently, Glenn holds the position of Electrical Designer at ZAP Engineering & Construction Services, Inc, which they started in 2022.

Glenn Mondshine attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1981 to 1985, where they pursued a degree in Radio-TV-Film with a focus on Film/Cinema/Video Studies. In 2003 and 2004, they attended Houston Community College, although no specific degree was mentioned. During the obtained month of November 2016, Glenn obtained a certification in "From Art Making to Art Thinking" from LinkedIn. In the month of October 2016, they also earned a certification titled "Artist at Work: Developing a Composition" from LinkedIn.
