Shawn Cook

Shawn Cook is a Senior Product Designer at Zapier. Prior to joining Zapier, Shawn was a Senior Product Designer at Life360 where they were the design lead for the growth team focused on onboarding experience, upmarket conversion and first 30-day adoption. Shawn has also worked as a Graphic Artist/Illustrator for Burning Man Project where they illustrated and designed the official event ticket for 2019, 2020, & 2022, as well as the official event WhatWhereWhen book of events cover for 2017 & 2018. Shawn has also worked as Lead UX/UI Designer at Glassdoor where they collaborated closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, QA, executives, and stakeholders to bring projects from concept to realization. During their time at Glassdoor, Shawn created innovative, highly usable and great looking products used by millions of people worldwide. Some of Shawn’s major projects include the B2B marketing site, homepage redesign of glassdoor.com, user profiles product, event microsites, menu system for B2B product, tradeshow booths, brand style guide, developed flexible grid system and lead design style changes and patterns.

Shawn Cook received a BA in Studio Art and Professional Writing from UC Santa Barbara.

They work with Weston Thayer - Product Designer, Adam Kaplan - Product Designer, and Heather Chiang - Product Designer. Their manager is Zach Walsh, Senior Design Manager.
