Monica Lang

Monica Lang is the Chief of Staff at Zayo Group. Monica has also worked as the Special Assistant to the CEO & Community Relations at Guild Education from March 2020 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing day-to-day scheduling and operations for the CEO, including communications and effective processes to streamline priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent change management. Monica also liaised with executive leaders and their teams, collaborating cross-functionally on regularly occurring strategic meetings, 1:1s, quarterly off-sites and board meetings.

Monica is a skilled project manager, and has experience managing special projects and town halls. Monica is also experienced in workplace giving campaigns and matching gifts, as well as employee engagement & activation. In addition, Monica has supported the advancement of DEI efforts working cross-functionally to steward new and existing external relationships to build an ecosystem of Guild Champions.

Monica Lang has a degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Washington University. Monica is also certified in Dare to Lead Trained.
