Sandi Mays is currently the Co-Founder, Chief Customer Experience & Information Officer at Zayo Group. Prior to this, they have held various executive positions at Salesforce and Zayo Group, where they were responsible for leading the digital transformation, customer experience transformation, talent management, and quote-to-cash transformation initiatives. Sandi has also been instrumental in expanding the SMB market share and driving bookings growth through their work on the account based marketing strategy.

Sandi Mays took master level classes in IT at DePaul University, Women on Boards: Succeeding as a Corporate Director at Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance at DePaul University.

They work with Ginna Raahauge - EVP, CIO, Nick Besch - VP, Tranzact, API & Architecture, and Matt Steinfort - CFO. Sandi Mays reports to Steve Smith, CEO. and Amanda Gordon - VP, Global Customer Success reports to Sandi Mays.
