Duke Fonner has over 25 years of experience in business development and strategic partnerships, primarily within the financial technology and human resources sectors. Currently serving as Partnership Director at ZayZoon, Fonner focuses on providing employees with on-demand wage access through socially responsible practices. Prior roles include Head of Strategic Partnerships at Mitratech and Mineral, where Fonner played a critical role in navigating the acquisition process and enhancing HR solutions for businesses. Fonner also co-founded Symbius Financial, pioneering an earned wage access platform before its acquisition by Elevate. Additional experience includes leadership positions at FinFit, Elevate, and Research Collective, showcasing expertise in managing partnerships, product rollouts, and fostering client relationships. Fonner holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
