Carrie Francey

Carrie Francey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in partnerships and sales leadership across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President Partner at Zendesk since October 2024, Carrie co-founded Women in Cloud in 2017 and is an Advisory Board Member at Corent Technology, Inc. From October 2019 to October 2024, Carrie held various leadership roles including Global Vice President Partnerships & Channels at ServiceNow. Previous positions include Vice President of Sales at Information Builders and Vice President of Global Partner Sales at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where Carrie oversaw strategic alliances and revenue generation. Carrie's earlier career includes significant contributions at Microsoft in multiple roles, including General Manager and Chief Strategy for the ISV/Developer Division, and at Oracle in sales and alliance management. Carrie is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University.
