Kelly Mandish

Kelly Mandish is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in global employment law. They previously served as Of Counsel at Baker & McKenzie, where they advised multinational corporations on a wide range of employment issues, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Subsequently, Kelly held the position of Director, Global Employment Law at Netflix, leading a team to address employment considerations for a diverse workforce across multiple countries. Currently, they serve as VP, Legal (Global Employment) at Zendesk and have also led employment initiatives at NetEase as Head, Global Labor & Employment. Kelly's education includes a Bachelor's degree from Connecticut College, an MFA from the University of Washington, and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
