Zuye Zheng

Zuye Zheng is a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Zendesk, a position held since July 2025, following the acquisition of HyperArc, where Zuye served as Co-Founder and CTO from May 2022 to July 2025, focusing on product and engineering. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Salesforce from December 2014 to May 2022, where Zuye advanced technical architecture for analytics, contributing to capabilities such as OLTP reporting and OLAP big data analytics, and led the development of augmented analytics using machine learning. Earlier roles include serving as Principal Member of Technical Staff at Salesforce, and as an Engineer at Duetto Research, where Zuye was instrumental in developing a hotel revenue management platform. Additionally, Zuye co-founded AppMesh Inc., creating a mobile-first CRM and sales analytics application. Zuye holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
