Michael Scott


Michael's experience in entertainment and special events has spanned 35 years. Early on as an executive and keen negotiator, Michael specialized in talent, management, development, music and stage production and design, and has been instrumental in the advancement of many performer’s careers as several went on to achieve top honors. Michael has served on many committees, produced and coordinated segments for special events. He advised and liaised with various non-profit, government agencies, and organizations contributing hundreds of hours to producing and procuring funds for events while advising committees and sitting and chairing parks, recreation, culture and public works committees.

Michael studied Common Law and U.S. Trust Law and has served as a paralegal. He made sizable contributions as a supervisor, coordinator, fundraiser, committee chair, co-chair for likes of Variety Club (Telethons 1985-1989), Expo 86 Worlds Fair, British Columbia Festival of the Arts, International Foundation for the Arts. In addition, Michael spent five years as owner and operator of a landmark movie theatre.
