Nikhil Jaipuria

Nikhil Jaipuria is the current Vice President of Product at Zetwerk. Prior to joining Zetwerk, Jaipuria served as the Director of Product Management at Convoy Inc from December 2016 to August 2020. In their role at Convoy, Jaipuria was responsible for the company's Carrier (trucking) Product and Growth Marketing teams. Nikhil also led all aspects of the Carrier Experience and Carrier Lifecyle, and was responsible for the mobile app & web experience. Jaipuria was also responsible for incubating and scaling from 0 -> 1 several industry-first products such as Automated Reloads, Convoy's Drop and Hook program (Convoy Go), Automated Detention, Self-Serve On-boarding, 100% Matching Automation, etc.

Nikhil Jaipuria did their schooling from Bishop Cotton Boys' School, Bangalore and completed their Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (I.C.S.E) in the year 2000. Nikhil then went on to do their Indian School Certificate (ISC) from Mallya Aditi International School, Bangalore in the year 2002. Nikhil completed their Bachelor Of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science & Engineering from PES University, VTU in the year 2006. Finally, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School in the year 2010.

They work with Rahul Agarwal - VP, Engineering, Ram Manohar - Chief of Staff, and Ginu Nair - VP, Human Resources. Nikhil Jaipuria reports to Amrit Acharya, Co-Founder & CEO.
