Natallia Pennartz

Natallia Pennartz is an experienced Software Project Manager at ZF Group, leading a project team of 50 engineers since November 2021. Responsibilities include steering software development, resource planning, software release management, issue management, and maintaining customer interfaces, alongside management reporting and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Previously, at BILSTEIN from April 2018 to November 2021, Natallia focused on technical project management for damping software, requirement management, and software integration into production ECUs, alongside contributing to ASPICE process definition. Natallia's career began as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen from March 2013 to March 2018, following an educational background at the same institution, culminating in a degree earned from 2009 to 2015.
